GB-High Wycombe: FOI and compliants handling system

Tender description

Wycombe District Council is looking for an information request (FOI) and complaint handling system. The purpose of the system is to log, monitor and generate reports on a range of information requests: FOI, EIR DSAR, s29/35 and also complaints, compliments and comments which we receive in a variety of ways; directly via a web form, email and post. We are also interested in any additional opportunities that a solution may present such as publication of performance against targets and geography area/place, publication of requests and responses (disclosure logs) reporting on risks associated with non-compliance, analysis of trends to support pro-active publication of information and pre-empt complaints. The Council is seeking quotes from contractors who can supply an existing "off the shelf" system, and while we would expect a degree of customisation, we are not looking to develop a bespoke system from scratch
