Tender description
The South Locality of the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is seeking a dynamic organisation(s) to deliver programmes of health improvement activity that will complement its strategic direction for health improvement and build on 2 locality based work-streams in Glasgow South, Food for Thought and The Shields Community Garden. These programmes aim to build capacity at the individual and community level working in partnership with local organisations e.g. Housing Associations and building exciting new partnerships e.g. with Primary care.
