The Animal and Plant Health Agency is seeking to implement a Framework agreement for regional geographical Lots across England and Wales, either for direct delivery of Services (Regional Delivery Model), or to manage the collection, slaughter, salvage and disposal of farmed livestock for TB control purposes via a network of sub-contractors by means of a Fully Managed Service Delivery Model.
