9612 - Income generation for Norwich City Council from advertising in three multi storey car parks

Tender description

This tender is an opportunity for a supplier to work with Norwich City Council to help it generate additional in come. Norwich City Council has three multi-storey car parks (MSCPs) in the city centre and are looking for a supplier to place advertisements (digital or otherwise) in stairwells, corridors, hallways, entrances and around exits in them to generate income for the council. The successful supplier will manage the entire process, including but not limited to the sale of all adverting space (digital or otherwise), supply and install advertising units, maintain and repair all units, unit removals (at the end of the contract) and income collection from advertising companies for all three MSCPs. The contract will be for an initial period of 5 years from 01 April 2017 (planned date), with an option to extend beyond this for up to a further 5 years.
