HOMES AND COMMUNITIES AGENCY MULTI-DISCIPLINARY PANEL MEMBERS ONLY CAN APPLY Croydon Council is calling off from the Homes and Communities Agency Multi-Disciplinary Panel (Framework) to appoint external NEC3 Project Management / Employers Agent to provide associated multi-disciplinary consultancy services, (when required) for the Contract for the project detailed below: Partial demolition of existing community buildings; erection of 8 no. three-storey houses and a new leisure and community building (Use Classes D1 and D2) comprising: main swimming pool; learner pool; sports hall and fitness suite; community halls and rooms; cafe; crèche; associated ancillary offices and internal and external plant; car parking, landscaping and public realm works; access and other associated works at: Land West of Central Parade, Croydon CR0. The redevelopment will replace with a state of the art modern leisure centre, community facilities, new homes and improved public space transforming an important District Centre Keywords: HCA
