246 - Provision of Graduation Robes, Photography and Framing

Tender description

Twice a year (March/April & July) the university celebrates the successes of the academic year with graduation. These are high profile congregations which are shared by the academics, staff, students and their guests. The university currently hosts the main ceremony off-campus at the Town Hall Birmingham and offer a free shuttle service to and from the venue. Robing, photography and refreshments are on the campus grounds and various areas around the main building. Aston are looking to procure a contract agreement to cover robing, photography and certificate framing This requirement will be split into lots as detailed below. Please apply for either individual lots or the one stop shop. Lot 1 Hire of graduation robes Lot 2 Graduation photography (graduate portraits and family photographs) Lot 3 Certificate framing Lot 4 One stop shop (All Lots) An award will be made to each lot 1 - 3 or for a sole supplier under lot 4 dependant of which option offers the best value for money.
