West London Mental Health NHS Trust (The Trust) was looking for a supplier to supply and deliver e-cigarettes to its St Bernard sites, located in West London. The supplier must have had experience of supplying e-cigarettes in a medium and high secured environment, e.g. mental health institutions, prison service etc. Only those suppliers who meet the minimum and compliance criteria as detailed in the tender documents, were to be evaluated.
