Tender description

Cisco Hardware and Software Support and Maintenance for the TVHA Cisco estate. The following locations are to be covered with 24 hour, 7 days per week with a 4 hour response time (24 x 7 x 4): — Twickenham; — Hammersmith; — Tooting; — Woking; — Hillingdon. Please note that Orbit Housing are facilitating this procurement exercise on behalf of Thames Valley Housing Association. TVHA are looking to procure Cisco support and maintenance and purchase of ad-hoc communications equipment via the successful tenderer, it is expected that the successful tenderer will be a Cisco Gold Partner. The term of contract is for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend annually up to a maximum of 5 years. "This tender opportunity is now cancelled".
