Tender description

Derby City Council is seeking to engage an economic operator to deliver its festive lighting and seasonal decoration programme during the festive period which runs generally form September to January for the next 5 years, broken down into one year increments. The economic operator will be engaged on the Terms of the NEC3 Term Service Short Contract. The budget is only confirmed for the first year in the sum of £42,000, further years will be subject to budgetary approval and business need.
