St George's Hall Creative Lighting Scheme

Tender description

Liverpool City Council seeks a supplier to design, supply and install a lighting scheme around all sides of St George's Hall, and some of the split levels of the hall. Following the successful procurement of LED lighting to be installed on the Grade 1 Listed St George's Hall Building as part of the normal and routine light dressing of the venue, and for the need to promote key note events both local, national, and international, it has been decided to progress a permanent lighting installation that could be utilised during future events and their promotion, and would also offer a more energy efficient solution to the existing halogen lighting scheme in place on the building. It is envisaged that the award for this tender will be given by 02/11/2016. It is essential that full installation would need to be completed and signed off no later than 21 November 2016 (this includes all testing/training etc.). This will give the winning supplier 19 days to install (02/11/2016 - 21/11/2016). This date is fixed as the lighting solution will need to be utilised during St George's Hall major event programme
