Tender description
Dacorum Borough council is carrying out Pre-Procurement Market Engagement in relation to Human Resources and Payroll. We are looking to engage the market to understand whether the following two options are viable and seek indicative costs. — Option 1 — Provide Human Resources and Payroll System. — Option 2 — Provide HR and Payroll System and deliver Transactional HR Service (It is expected that TUPE will apply for option 2.).
