10 years maintenance contract for Varain machines based at Royal Marsden Hospital. Machine Type Serial as follows: Truebeam (1754) and Truebeam (2689) — 4 x PMI per year, full first line support, full parts consumables and labour included, Firmware SW included; Clinec 600 — (1030) — 4 x PMI per year, full first line support, full parts and labour included; DMX (2826) — 4 x PMI per year, full first line support, full parts and labour included, includes OBI; Calypso (1095) — 2 x PMI per year, full first line support, full parts and labour included. Mandatory upgrades coverage, MR/SP and associated training, Software Aria 1390 and Eclipse 1092 full upgrade and associated training, Interoperability upgrades maintenance need to be included.
