Tender description

The purpose of this procurement is to consider the optimal approach available to market for contract provision for the recycling/treatment of co-mingled organic waste stream namely (food and garden waste) collected from North Lanarkshire Council's residents via kerbside collection on a fortnightly basis. This procurement will be split into 2 lots consisting of North and South areas. Lot 1 — North Area consists of Cumbernauld, Kilsyth, Airdire, Coatbridge. Lot 2 — South Area consists of Motherwell, Wishaw, Shotts.
