Tender description

LOT 1. To represent the Contracting Authority or the Minister in the Criminal pr prosecution of offences in connection with breaches of employment legislation, in including prosecutions for failing to comply with an order under sections 43 or 45 of of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015. LOT 2.To represent the Contracting Authority in the processing of civil enforcement cases on behalf of employee claimants, in respect of determinations made prior to the 1st October 2015. In addition, to represent the Contracting Authority seeking District Court Orders to enforce a decision of an Adjudicator or the Labour Court. LOT 3 To represent the Contracting Authority at the Labour Court in appeals b brought by employers in respect of compliance notices served on him or her.
