Tender description

The Service will work towards the elimination of unlawful discrimination, to promote equality of opportunity and good relations between people of different groups under each of the protected characteristics as set out in the Equality Act 2010 in the area of benefit within and across the Public and Third Sectors. The Service will develop meaningful dialogue with communities, Public and Third Sector agencies on matters relating to equality and community cohesion. WCC is looking for a Provider (or group of Providers through a Lead Provider) to deliver an Equalities Service through a single contract. If the Service is delivered by more than 1 Provider, the Providers will work together tominimise duplication and ensure a cost-effective delivery model.
