Tender description

The purpose of this commission is to find an organisation who will deliver and implement a high quality Restorative Justice Service across Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The Organisation will also provide some VCSE (voluntary, community and social enterprise) infrastructure, building support for restorative justice in localities and identifying gaps in pathway provisions whilst supporting a process to fill these. The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner is looking to establish a contractual relationship with a service provider who will act as single point of contact in a multi-agency setting for Devon and Cornwall Police through which a Restorative Justice Service can be effectively and efficiently delivered. The funding for this project will be administered by the contracted Organisation throughout the supply chain.
