Bradford Music Education Hub are now looking for a Provider to support the delivery of a range of hub objectives to enable children and young people to get the most from their time with the musical instruments. These support services includes the storage, set up, maintenance and repair of the Council's musical instrument stock and the transportation of them to pupils, schools, events and venues in good working order in a timely fashion. Bradford Music Education Hub are now looking for a Provider to deliver a range of hub objectives to enable children and young people to get the most from their time with the musical instruments. The Contract is to deliver the following support services to the Bradford Music Education Hub: 1. Suitable and secure storage of approximately 4 969 plus instruments; 2. Fitting and set up of musical instruments to children and young people; 3. Repair and maintenance of all instruments (including the cost of replacement parts and consumables); 4. Transportation of the instruments to pupils, 209 plus schools, music centres, events and venues, the majority within the Bradford district in a timely manner, including out of hours, and at weekends for concerts (although some events may be outside of the Bradford area but within the UK). 5. Administration including stock management and control of the Instruments.
