Tender description

The Council is inviting tenders for the Collection and Sale of Recyclable Materials collected by source-separated collections from households. Tenderers are asked to submit details of the service they can offer, to meet or exceed the Council's requirements, and to complete the bid schedule. The Council's primary objectives for this service are: o To ensure the Councils' recyclable materials are collected regularly and reliably to ensure a continuous flow of material through the Council's sites. o To maximise income to the Council from the sales value of the materials o To ensure the service supports Council objectives, including the Sustainable Procurement Policy, which can be downloaded from http://intranet.hounslow.gov.uk/index/corporate_resources/supplychain/supply_chain_development.htm
