Grounds maintenance services

Tender description

The overall scope of the Contract is the provision Grounds Maintenance and Associated Services including: — Seasonal routine maintenance of grounds and open spaces; — Landscaping projects; — Arboricultural works; — Special cleansing including fly tipping and graffiti; — Winter gritting; — Emergency and remedial works; — Technical advice and assistance. The overall scope of the Contract is the provision Grounds Maintenance and Associated Services including: — Seasonal routine maintenance of grounds and open spaces; — Landscaping projects; — Arboricultural works; — Special cleansing including fly tipping and graffiti; — Winter gritting; — Emergency and remedial works; — Technical advice and assistance. The Services shall be provided to all properties, sites and gardens under the ownership of Gedling Homes as set out in in the Specification (Appendix 7) of the ITT Document.
