Estimating and Cost Management Services

Tender description

The services required under this contract are split into two distinct elements: 1) Estimating - which includes a range of services associated with preparing capital cost, whole life cost and associated deliverables. This will also include work associated with value challenges of bidders' submitted target prices 2) Cost Management - to include all activities associated with the cost management of specific projects including liaising with Commercial Management on contractor performance and with the project team over indirect and non-contracted costs using earned value.
