Tender description
Seeking a delivery partner for the cycle training and bicycle provision element of the CityConnect Cycles project, funded by the Cycling and Walking to work fund. This project has 2 key elements. Firstly, the provision of cycle training to adults across West Yorkshire through pre-existing cycle hubs. This will be at national standards levels 1-3. The second element of this tender is to provide trainees with access to a bicycle, funded through the scheme. WYCA expect the delivery partner to perform both parts of this tender, including the build, delivery and handover of the bicycle to the intended trainee.
