Tender description
The Adult Hearing Service is aimed at adults aged 50 years old and over experiencing difficulties with their hearing and communication where a GP considers they may benefit from hearing assessment and care, including the option of trying hearing aids to reduce these difficulties. It is the intention of the Commissioners to enter into a 3 year contract with a possible extension of 2 years with the preferred provider. The maximum estimated total contract value for the initial three year duration of the proposed contract is £1,317,706. Please note that this value has been calculated based on anticipated service levels at the contract pricing tariff which was set out in Document 5 - Financial Model Template of the tender documents.
