Z/2832 Devonshire Hall - Boiler & Ventilation Upgrade

Tender description

The project comprises of Mechanical upgrades to Devonshire Hall North Lawns Blocks F, G, and J. All blocks require boiler and ventilation upgrades, each block has 7 kitchen areas with a boiler in each. Block F requires 4 boilers to be changed, blocks G and J require 7 boilers in each block to be upgraded. All kitchen areas require removal of existing ventilation, to be replaced with over cooker mounted extraction hoods terminated to outside. All W/C areas currently have a main extract fan in the loft space of their respective block. This is to be upgraded to provide suitable extract ventilation to each space and controlled via a P.I.R linked to an inverter.
