Tender description

The Council wishes to contract with a supplier that will undertake an urgent audit of funded schools to verify that any lease agreements can be strictly interpreted as operating leases only and where finance leases are identified and poor value is identified, the supplier will be required to deal direct with the finance companies for all identified cases to bring the agreements to an end (with no further cost to the education budget) by either having the agreement written off, and/or by pursuing a restitution claim against the finance company.
