Tender description

The provision of supported accommodation services for Young Persons within the City of Westminster. The borough's Supported Housing Pathway is designed to ensure that services make a positive contribution by improving the quality of life of vulnerable individuals through the delivery of personalised, preventative and early intervention services. The Young Persons Supported Housing Pathway provides a range of accommodation for Looked after Children, Care leavers and young people at risk of homelessness. The pathway enables the young person to develop and gain the necessary skills to live independently including education, training and employment and an emphasis on good health outcomes.
