Tender Close Date: 1200 Noon Friday 5th May. Ringwood Health & Leisure Centre Gym Refurbishment Works The work comprises the following: Stripping out existing walls, floors, ceilings and services to form open plan areas in the ground floor studio, first floor and mezzanine gym. A new entrance corridor is to be formed, through the existing stores and offices, with a number of new store rooms formed adjacently. Rearrangement of the first floor male and female toilets to form 3 new unisex cubicles. New fire exit / student entrance (including external works) to be formed. Refurbishment of the entrance / reception area is included as an optional area, should NFDC wish to undertake these works as part of this contract. A minor additional piece of internal refurbishment work at New Milton Health & Leisure Centre may be requested by NFDC through this contract. Keywords: Gym Refurbishment
