Replace Atrium Roof-Lights Residences Magee campus

Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of Building Contractors for the removal of the existing and the provision of new atrium roof-lights to the three-student accommodation Blocks – Block MJ, MN, and MP, Duncreggan Student Village, Magee campus. The works will include the replacement of three atrium roof-lights, upstands and associated roof works. These roof-lights have an open internal atrium from the ground floor through to the underside of the pitched roof at third floor level; therefore careful management of these works are necessary, as all buildings will be occupied for the duration of the works. The work includes all associated mechanical and electrical services works. These blocks will remain occupied for the duration of the works and 24-hour full access to and use of these areas must remain open during construction period.
