Repair and maintenance services of central heating

Tender description

The annual servicing and ongoing maintenance of gas and oil heating appliances and systems, including all associated pipe work and fittings. The work will be carried out in approximately 4 489 Wrexham County Borough Council owned properties, which are located throughout the Central area of the Borough. Every property is to be serviced or visited within 12 months of the last certificate without fail or any compromise. It will be a requirement to achieve, maintain and deliver consistent performance throughout the duration of the Contract for all aspects of service delivery contained within this specification. The work will be carried out in approximately 5 757 Wrexham County Borough Council owned properties, which are located throughout the North and South areas of the Borough. Every property is to be serviced or visited within 12 months of the last certificate without fail or any compromise. It will be a requirement to achieve, maintain and deliver consistent performance throughout the duration of the Contract for all aspects of service delivery contained within this specification.
