Procurement of Client Project Management Services for UCC Building & Estates Office

Tender description

In order to support the Capital Programme, UCC intend to appoint a Client Project Manager to Work on various UCC Projects for the Building & Estates Office. UCC is issuing this information for applicants and is inviting Tenders under the open procedure for appointment of a suitable candidate. The purpose is to award the commission to the successful service provider. The deliverables are noted in the tender information memorandum. The Project Manager will act as project liaison on behalf of the Building and Estates Office and will be responsible for the day to day management of individual capital projects including liaising with project stakeholders and coordinating the activities of Consultants & Contractors. It is essential that the candidate has an in-depth working knowledge of the Capital Works Management Framework & has extensive previous experience of working on GCCC Public Works Contracts.
