Printing and related services

Tender description

This category covers a range of general printing and reprographics services for all of our offices and sites. Printing services cover general ad-hoc printing that could be 2 and 4 colour runs for leaflets, corporate reports and large print runs. Also there is a requirement for the re-production of site work books/pads/forms, letterheads and business cards. Any site within the Thames Water region may request printing, along with the main offices and therefore delivery can be anywhere within the region. Our print runs vary from relatively small which is classed as small 50 to 500, medium 501 to 50 000 and large 50 001 to 4 000 000. The percentage spilt of work is around 40 % small, 50 % medium and 10 % large (please note that there are around 3 to 4 large jobs a year). Although our preferred option is to appoint 1 provider who will have capability and capacity to deal with all our printing requirements, other printing solution models may also be considered.
