DOF require to establish a contract for the supply and delivery of monographs in both print and electronic format to all beneficiaries of the contract outlined in Annex A of the Specification Schedule including the Northern Ireland Assembly. The supply of monographs will include a number of types of publications arranged in a series of parts. Lot 1 — legal publications. monograph and serial publications dealing including updating volumes and other part works largely with a legal subject bias. Lot 2 — general publications. publications generally available from a variety publishers with a wide subject coverage. . Lot 3 — e-books. general publications as in Lot 2 above published in electronic format. . The contract will be for an initial period of three years commencing on the date of award and will contain an option for renewal for a further period of one year.
