The Council is seeking the services of a retail and hospitality curation partner to assist with the delivery of the retail and hospitality elements of Meridian Water. The Council is seeking support firstly to develop a Retail and Hospitality Strategy for Meridian Water, and secondly (by way of strategic advice) ensuring that the Council's preferred development partner and their architects, deliver to the Council retail and hospitality units that are fit for purpose and align with its retail and hospitality vision for the area.
