Tender description
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) and NHS Leicester City CCG (referred to as the Commissioners) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced Providers to deliver the Services. APMS services for LOT 1 — Asquith Surgery, 693 Welford Rd, Leicester, LE2 6FQ. This procurement will be conducted by AGCSU on behalf of England, Midlands & East (Central Midlands) (referred to as the Commissioners). Any contract arising from this procurement will be between the successful Provider and NHS England (National Health Service Commissioning Board). The successful Bidder will be awarded an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract for this LOT that will meet the technical and financial requirements for NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) and LC CCG. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 5 years. A business case has been submitted to an NHS England internal governance board, if approved, the Commissioner will have the option to extend the contract for up to a further 5 years, subject to a review of the delivery and performance of the contract. The estimated contract value for LOT 1 — Asquith Surgery excluding QOF and enhanced services will be 1 759 000 GBP for 5 years, or 3 442 000 GBP for 10 years (Subject to approval from NHS England internal governance board for the 10 year contract duration). TUPE will apply to the contract. It is essential that interested Providers must be able to demonstrate an ability to mobilise the service to ensure a service commencement date of 1.10.2017. The Contracting Authority intends to use an e-Procurement Portal ‘Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU Procurement Portal’ in this procurement exercise. i) Register and log onto the portal at https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk (registration and use of the website is free of charge). ii) Express interest by: a) selecting response to advert and ITT (ref: itt_709), b) select Open Access ITT, c) search for and access listing related to this contract and view details, d) click on Express Interest link. iii) Once you have expressed interest, access the My ITTs page where you can complete the questionnaire. APMS services for LOT 2 — Beaumont Leys Health Centre, 1 Little Wood Close, Leicester, LE4 0UZ. This procurement will be conducted by AGCSU on behalf of England, Midlands & East (Central Midlands) (referred to as the Commissioners). Any contract arising from this procurement will be between the successful Provider and NHS England (National Health Service Commissioning Board). The successful Bidder will be awarded an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract for this LOT that will meet the technical and financial requirements for NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) and LC CCG. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 5 years. The successful Bidder will be awarded an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract for this LOT that will meet the technical and financial requirements for NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) and LC CCG. The successful Bidder will be awarded an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract for this LOT that will meet the technical and financial requirements for NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) and LC CCG. The successful Bidder will be awarded an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract for this LOT that will meet the technical and financial requirements for NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) and LC CCG. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 5 years.
