PURCH1459 — Legal Services Tender Scope. The University requires full-service legal support, which can be broken down into two lots: Lot 1 — One Stop Shop Scope of expertise requested includes ALL of the descriptions as detailed in attachments. Lot 2 — Employment Law and Pensions. Scope of expertise requested includes the description under Employment Law and Pensions only. Returns to be submitted via Public Contracts Scotland, no paper copies will be accepted. Should paper returns be submitted,they will be rejected. Further to this any questions or communications regarding individual tender exercises must be sent via the Public Contracts Scotland Portal. Tender queries received through any other channel will not be answered.
