Tender description

The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC) acting as a Central Purchasing Body (CPB) under the auspices of Kerry County Council is coordinating the establishment of a framework of contractors on behalf of the Contracting Authorities. Local Authorities intend carrying out energy efficiency upgrades to council owned properties at various locations around the country. The purpose of this competition is to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of Energy Efficiency Retrofitting works to Contracting Authorities. Cavity Wall Insulation. Attic Insulation and Insulation to Hot Water Cylinder, Water Storage Tank and Associated Pipe Work. Installation of all necessary and appropriate wall, soffit and window ventilation and/or tile/slate ventilation at roof level in conjunction with insulation works. Draught Proofing to existing windows and doors (not replacement of windows and doors) Miscellaneous carpentry works. Post-works BER. Cavity Wall Insulation.
