Tender description
Sheffield City Council invites Tenders for the provision of City-wide services for carers. The specification sets out the requirements for a cross city service for Carers (the Service) in accordance with the Carers Strategy and Commissioning Plan. The Service has key linkages and interdependencies with the People Keeping Well model. The aim of this service is to provide a specialist carer support service to; enable carers to continue to care for as long as they can and wish to. The proposed contract will be for 3 years with an option to extend for 2 further periods of up to 1 year each (3+1+1).
