Tender description

London Borough of Barnet (LBB) and Barnet Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are seeking to co-develop new community Resilience based service delivery model for Children and Young Peoples Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing. This will have a contract term of at least 5 years. We believe that the aims of ‘Future in Mind 2015’ require an ambitious approach to transforming emotional wellbeing and mental health provision including CAMHS. We plan to undertake a procurement process during 2017 and invite interest parties to participate in a ‘soft market’ engagement event on 4.5.2017. At this event we will present an outline specification for a new jointly commissioned Children and Young People Mental Health Emotional Wellbeing System. By linking the council's and the CCG aspirations to re-design our outcomes the aim is to rebalance the emphasis of services to include more early intervention, non-medical support for a recovery and resilience based model. We wish to increase CYP-IAPT and orientate CAMHS services toward a more community-based highly-accessible model. We plan to undertake a procurement process during 2017.
