Tender description
Derbyshire County Council is inviting tenders to provide a Carer Assessment and Support Service in Derbyshire (excluding Derby City). The range of services to be included within a single integrated contract. The Council are seeking a provider with a proven track record of managing and delivering high quality carer services alongside health and social care partner agencies, to clients eligible to receive these particular services. The successful organisation or consortium will be required to evaluate and evidence the impact of service delivery on the lives of clients living in Derbyshire. Interviews will be held on Tuesday 22.11.2016 and Wednesday 23.11.2016.
