The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC) acting as a Central Purchasing Body (CPB) under the auspices of Kerry County Council is coordinating the establishment of a framework of contractors on behalf of the Contracting Authorities Local Authorities intend carrying out energy efficiency upgrades to council owned properties at various locations around the country. The purpose of this competition is to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of Energy Efficiency Retrofitting works to Contracting Authorities.
