Tender description

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) has established a new framework for the provision of service, maintenance, repair and installation of Flooring Works — Vinyl and Wet Room Flooring. Due to the geographical spread of our Members eligible to use the established framework we have split the works into the following core regional geographical lots: LOT1- Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, LOT2- Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, LOT3- Lincolnshire. This Lot is for Members who have properties within the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire region. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: — Preparation of floors, including removal of existing floor covering and repairs to existing floorboards etc., — Laying of new boarding or screed, — Supply and fitting of various floor coverings, including but not limited to: o Vinyl sheet flooring, o Vinyl tiles, o Wet room flooring for example, Altro, Polysafe or Safetred; — Repairs to existing flooring, for example, damaged or missing tiles or tears in sheet flooring, — Any additional elements associated with the works listed above. The Framework also includes for the following bespoke/specialist works to be undertaken, however we envisage these will be awarded via a mini competition only and priced accordingly due to the bespoke and varying size projects: — Supply and fitting of various flooring within commercial settings including but not limited to hospitals, universities and office.
