This Contract is for the provision of site preparation works. “the Works” for the Strule Shared Education Campus (SSEC), which will be delivered under a separate contract and consists of 5 schools, shared facilities, 13 playing pitches. Natural and artificial turf. and an assortment of infrastructure and parking facilities. This Contract is in relation to the “SSEC Site Preparation Works‘’. These site preparation works will consist of, but are not limited to, the following key aspects: Civil/Geotechnical Engineering and Design: — Bulk earthworks soil improvement/stabilisation and reinforced earth retaining embankments; — Management and co-ordination of environmental consultancy for brownfield remediation; and — Management and co-ordination of environmental consultancy for ecological features. The estimated Project/Contract period for the SSEC Site Preparation Works is 37 weeks.
