Title: Building Management System (BMS) Maintenance, Control & Monitoring Contract Tender Reference: NWP / 26883 Start Date: August 2017 Contract Period: 3 years with the option to extend a further 2 years North Wales Police and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service are seeking a single experienced maintenance provider to maintain their Building Management Systems at their estimated 46 sites across the whole of the North Wales geographic area.
