Cleaning Provider for Responsive Repairs/Maintenance to Richmondshire District Council

Richmondshire District Council are looking for an experienced Professional Cleaning Service who will provide a high standard of house cleaning. Ad-hoc office cleaning and elderly persons dwelling will also be included. The supplier must provider a professional and reliable service which will include ensuring vacant council properties are cleaned to a high standard ready for new tenants’ within agreed strict timescales (within 24 hours of notification). The service will include all aspects of void property house cleaning, kitchens, bathrooms, communal living spaces’. 'Expressions of interest' must be received by 12 noon Friday 5th May and Submissions must be received through ProContract prior to the deadline of 12 noon Friday 19th May 2017.
