Tender description

Hampshire County Council's Procurement department on behalf of the North East Schools Consortia, are contracting for Careers Advisory Services and will be seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified organisations that can provide Careers Advisory Services to the named schools in the North East of Hampshire. The following schools were involved with the previous contract — it is likely that these schools will remain within the future contracted arrangement. Calthorpe Park School; Connaught School; Court Moor School; Fernhill School and Language College; Frogmore Community College; The Wavell School; Yateley School. Calthorpe Park School will be the lead school for the purposes of the Tender and subsequent Contract. As a guide and based on the previous Contract, it is expected that the Consortium will call upon the services of the contractor on average 9 an a half days per week 39 weeks per year, although this may vary and cannot be guaranteed. The nature of the procurement will consist of an open tender process were Hampshire County Council will award the service to one Provider on behalf of the Consortia. The required services are for Careers Advisory Services within the 7 school listed above. The initial contract will be for 2 years, with the possible extensions for a further 2 years in annual increments. The tender exercise will be carried out electronically.
