This is a tender exercise by Tameside Council (as the administering authority for Greater Manchester Pension Fund) to procure a contractor to remove the former tenant's retail fit out, carry out internal and external repairs and redecoration at 135, 137 Briggate, Leeds. The building is a 6 storey, grade II listed building in the centre of Leeds. The requirements are as set out in the Specification and Employers Requirements.
