Tender description

In order to carry out parking enforcement, a range of back office systems are required to process the penalty charge notices. In addition Newcastle City Council are moving enforcement from handhelds to smart phones. Therefore a system/app is required on the smart phones which will allow enforcement officers to record a contravention and to input this onto a notice processing system that parking officers can access and what processes the penalty charge notice through the various stages. The contract will in effect cover all the systems needed to ensure parking enforcement can be carried out, also to include permits. Keywords: Software, Parking, Enforcement
