Tender description

This project aims to produce novel wheat lines tailored to manage risks and contingencies in the UK's changing rural economy and environment with the final objective of enhancing British horticulture competitiveness. This variation builds on the success of the existing WGIN network which includes the main academic and industrial stakeholders. The variation will provide an additional 18 months (approx.) of activity to maintain momentum whilst linkages with the activities of other research funders are formalized as a result of ongoing discussions.
