Provision of Secure Care (secure accommodation) Services. Provision of Secure Care (secure accommodation) Services. The scope of services to be provided under the advertised arrangement falls within the definition of social and other specific services in Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (‘the Regulations’) and therefore the procurement process was subject to the requirements of section 7 of the Regulations. Any application of or reference to other Regulations unless clearly identified is not to be implied and should not be construed as applying any of them to the exercise or bringing any of them into force. Note that Regulation 75(2) of the Regulations applied to this exercise. This secure accommodation service is awarded to parties already identified using a form of the negotiated procedure developed in accordance with Regulation 76(8) of the Regulations.
