Tender description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is 30th January 2017 at 11:00am DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal. Brief Description of the Works Installation of new PICT Chiller Pipe Work valves and will include modification of the existing Pipe Work Insulation where necessary. Programming the works will be arranged in conjunction with NOC Estates. The AHUs can be left operational though consultation with the end user regarding potential slight room temperature rise during the valve replacement works would be advisable. Contractors should allow for validation of the existing Chilled PICT Valves, and commissioning of the New Valves and Actuators. Contractors should include within their quotation for Matrix Control Engineers to undertake the BMS disconnection and re-connection to the valve actuators, including additional control wiring where necessary. Commission and test the new valves and actuators. All of the works are to be completed in line with the specification.
