Tender description

The proposed project delivers a Health and Wellbeing Centre for NELFT which will be situated at Thorpe Coombe Hospital, Walthamstow. The proposed Centre has been located to the north east of the site providing key frontage to Forest Road. The Scheme has been designed to provide an integrated mental and physical health facility to the local community as well as agile office accommodation for the Trust consisting of a building envelope of approximately 4,000sqm2 (including basement car park); enclosed with mainly brick elevations and a cladded exterior.
